We collect the information you choose to give us:

- the subject you select and the content of your message.
To protect the form from abuse, we also process your IP address when you submit it. We do not store your IP address itself: we store a one-way cryptographic hash of it for about one hour to limit how many messages can be sent from the same address.
When you email us
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
When you browse the website
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical information needed to deliver pages to you, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This may be recorded in server logs used for security and troubleshooting.

- Amazon Web Services: website hosting, delivery of contact-form messages (Amazon Simple Email Service) and rate limiting. We use AWS infrastructure located in the European Union (Ireland).
- Google: our business email service, where enquiries are received and stored.
We may also disclose information where required by law. Some of our providers may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form enquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last correspondence with you, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing business relationship or legal obligation. Rate-limiting records expire automatically after about one hour.
